There are several benefits that people can get when using stainless steel pan in cooking. Basically, stainless steel is a great choice for long-lasting, non-toxic and durable cookware use for sautéing, boiling and baking. It is especially the best option for small batch baking because it retains heat well and cooks the food evenly. Another benefit of using stainless steel pan is that it is very easy to clean. This makes it ideal for people who are just starting to learn cooking. All you have to do is clean it with hot soapy water after use or scrub down with steel wool to remove oil layers that have accumulated during the cooking process. 

Moreover, stainless steel is also considered as an all-around cookware because of its 3-ply design layering stainless steel, steel and aluminum. With this, you no longer have to worry about leaching. The aluminum in your pan is also good conductor of heat so it will be able to produce a more homogenous cooking surface. 

Overall, just like a coin with two sides, stainless steel cookware has also both positive and negative features. But generally considered, stainless steel pan is one of the best cookware to consider.
